Admission Procedure

Before admission child’s name has to be registered (16th January to 20th of March) in advance. A sum of Rs.500/- is charged as registration fee for boarder and day scholar. The said payment is to done in form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of "Principal Shahbaan International School Nagra", Payable at Ballia, Along with application form.

1. The Registration Form should be filled and submitted to the School Office before the end of the Registration period. 
2. An Incomplete or illegible Registration Form, without a photograph and other documents will not be accepted.
3. The acknowledgement slip will be issued to the parents only after the form is duly filled and submitted.
4. No admission will be granted to the student unless a transfer certificate from the previous institution is produced along with application form
5. Formal admission is completed after the perusal of the application form by the principal and the parents are informed of his decision after a test and an interview
6. Every student will have to produce a birth certificate from from the Hospital, Nursing home, The Municipality or the Gram Panchayat.
7. The child must have attained the age of three years at the time of admission in Nursery.
8. If the child fails for two successive years he/ she will not allowed to continue his/her education in this institute.

Fee collection & Fine

Parents or Guardians have to remit the school tuition fee and other charge between 1st and 10th of the first month of every quarter. if 10th is a holiday, the next working day shall be considered as fee collection day without late fine.

1. If the fee is not deposited till the 10th of first month of every quarter, thenceforth a late fine shall be charged at @ Rs.5/- per day.(including Holidays) for 20 days and shall be hiked to Rs.10/- pre day thereafter.
2. School Tuition fee is to be borne by the Parents/ Guardians for one full session (12 Months) . No exemption/deduction in fee shall be made on account of broken period/ holidays or absence from the classes.
3. prior to Summer and Winter Vacations if the fee in not paid by the last date as per notice, the scholar's name shall not be included in the commencement day of the school.
4. Non student shall be allowed to appear at the examination unless all dues have been cleared.
5. Non-payment of fee for two consecutive installments shall lead to the automatic cancellation of admission and removal form the school . No concession for the same is allowed
6. keeping/carrying mobile/electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited.

Last date of submission of application for T.C. would be 30th of March afterwards School Fee will be charged.
